Step 1: Explore Destinations & Choose Your Group Experience
Start by browsing our curated destinations and accommodations tailored to your group’s needs.
Step 2: Complete the Group Travel Request Form
Fill out the form to connect with an Inforno Travel Group Expert. You’ll receive a unique booking code for flexibility and exclusive discounts, or opt for a Group Contract to lock in rates.
Step 3: Confirm Your Group Travel Details
Select your destination and lock in your group rates, low payment plans, and minimal deposits.
Step 4: Provide Event/Activity Details
Submit the specifics for any planned events or activities to secure venues, locations, and schedules for your group.
Step 5: Optional Add-On: $250 Inforno Travel Marketing Package
Enhance your group’s experience with our marketing package to spread the word.
Step 6: Guest Registration
Have each guest complete the Registration Form and select "Other" for your trip, entering the name of your event in the box provided. Guests who register and make payments will receive a confirmation email with their unique reservation number.
Step 7: Book Travel Directly with Inforno Travel
Ensure that all guests book their travel directly with us to be included in your group.
